Олег, отличные фотографии, но все-таки куда надо совать патроны при зарядке этого ружья? Сзади-снизу? Патрон засовывается торцом в дырку, как у обычного ружья?

turkchief: I've finally realized...

What all these pictures of Kel-Tec firearms I can't own in NY are like. It's a bit like going onto a topless bar. I can look all I want, I just can't touch....(sigh)....SOOOO writing a letter to Kel-Tec!!! All the KSG needs to by NY compliant is a 2 round plug in each mag tube!!!!

I think you'd be better off writing to your NY representatives to get the laws changed.

I'm a LOT more likely to get results from Kel-Tec....

Never looked at NY's bans, but this is NJ-legal. Where does it fail in NY?

Holds more than 10 rounds....

ianargent: Re: I've finally realized...

In NJ it skates out on being banned because it's not semi-auto. 6 round limit on integral magazines on semi-auto shotguns.

Isn't that rail, supported only on the ends, frail? Or am I seeing it wrong?

But is it REALLY the left side, or the right side flipped. ;-) Anyway, other than having a pushbutton type safety rather than an AR type, I can't think of anything I dislike.

I bet the recoil on that thing is a nightmare with the inline design of it all. It might be good for small caliber designs like those of the AR-15 and AK-47, but when you get to firing one ounce slugs that things gonna be a beast being driven straight back into your shoulder.

That's a good point concerning in-line design. How practical are muzzle breaks on shotguns?

A friend of mine has the old Mossberg 500 Bullpup, and it is actually one of the most comfortable 12 GA shotguns I've ever fired...

Thu, Jan. 13th, 2011 01:33 am (UTC) (Anonymous): Recoil
I put about 300 rounds of various weights and charges through this shotgun just two weeks ago. I don't have any way to measure the recoil other than my shoulder, but in my opinion and a few others who shot it that day, the recoil was less than the same loads in my 18" extended mag 870. Lots to like about this little shotgun.

We really got to wait to March to buy one? I am going to go sob softly now...
