I do eat sammiches!! And a bunch of other that is very high in fat...does it look like it does any good?! My mom weighs less than I do, and she's 52. Does that give you a hint as to how good my DNA is?
A friend of mine who is an accountant is just like that. He leads a sedentary lifestyle, never exercises, is a workaholic and has terrible eating habits. And he's thin as a rail and weighs pretty much the same as he did in high school.

True...then again working at two of the most major fast-food restaurants does help in terms of what I won't eat.McDonalds and Wendy's to be exact are the places...dear gods I still can't eat at McDonalds and am picky as hell about what I eat at Wendy's. ugh.
