"Why does your daughter have a pink rifle?"
: "Why? Because she is my darling daughter and I worship the water she walks on."
That was two years ago. Morrigan is 11 now.
Looks like the creeps at Time Magazine also got a picture of her

"Why does she have a pink rifle? Because it's cheaper and safer than a pony. Doesn't crap all over the lawn, either."

Sweet Jesus, yes! Guns don't eat, except when used. Then they eat ammo, which is easier to haul than rolls of hay. Unless you REALLY buy a lot of ammo! :-)

Those guys from Time WERE creepy. I wasn't sure if he was zooming in on the EoTech or her chest.
She'd have wanted credited by name, and I'd have given them a card if they asked.

can't you raise a stink with them to get her credited properly, though?

Do you have an autoseer in her AR-15, or are they using the Clinton "definition" of assault weapon there?

Is that black nail polish she's wearing? If so, where did she find that this time of year?

It is, and I don't know. It's so common with the goth crowd I assumed you could buy it anywhere.

Because she's a girl! Girl's love pretty, cuddly pink things. Btw, the brighter color on the magazine is an especially nice touch.

ext_135943: KCR Rules Kids & More
Please understand the Knob Creek range has been putting on that show for ages. And during that time, many people have lost their lives for a variety of very stupid reasons. The group of adults and kids who lost their lives to carbon monoxide poisoning in a tent a few years back (they were campers and had not properly vented their heater) is pretty stark. Last year's explosives demonstration saw bystanders seriously injured from flying shrapnel. There is always a large risk whenever you get that many people and that many guns together and mix in a firing line or two.
Knob Creek does its best to minimize their exposure to liability and I can attest to the amount of written red tape one has to go through just to get on the firing line... I got Oleg his Shooter badge for this Creek and it WAS an ordeal! As far as photos, we specifically asked about taking stills and were told by the KCR owners that all was cool unless we were specifically asked to stop by a the subject. Nothing about attribution, credits, etc.
It's pretty much assumed that anything that happens at KC is an assumed risk on your own part. Don't know how well it would hold up in court, but that's not really the issue or the spirit.
