While petting him, I noticed a flap of fur-covered skin on his right upper torso, near the front paw. It is about 1.5" long and 1/3" thick. I couldn't find a matching growth on the other side. Any ideas on how to determine if this is some sort of a growth and, if it is, if it needs medical attention?
