Jerrydgeek Burnett: bull vs nagant

I don't know about the actual pistols, but (a) the Nagant is ugly and (b) the Bull is a work of art.

if you're going to design a gun, shouldn't the aesthetics be considered?

Keep in mind that the 1895 original was a it fanicer than the simplified 1930s version I pictured. And yes, Raging Bull does have good aesthetics.

I really, Really, REALLY regret ever selling my blued 5" .454 Taurus Raging Bull. I really, Really, REALLY want (In that mythical time when I have money I can spend again) to get a .44 Mag Raging Bull!! As to the Nagant. Soooo fugly, but I do love them so for their delightful weirdness. I own 2.......

454 Casull was a handful even in 8" trim -- but not truly painful. 44Mag is just a tame. Great balance.

I found the .454 to be a pussy cat in the Raging Bull. (HATED it in the freedom arms) I'd practice with .45 LC's. The recoil with those was nil!!
